Personal Data: I spent 10 years in the British Army fron 1992-2002 in the Royal Army Medical Corps as a Combat Medical Technician. I saw many things over those years, some good, some quite harrowing. I was on operations in Bosnia, Kosovo, Congo, Zaire and Rwanda.

After leaving the Army I pursued a career in I.T where I have gained the qualification of CompTIA A+ and MCP with further study to achieve MCSE. I am currently working as a Field Service Engineer providing I.T solutions for the retail trade.

My hobbies are playing online military-based FPS games with my online 'family' and when the weather is good, I take to the skies for 50 seconds of exhileration in freefall. I am a qualified category 10, FS1 Skydiver ;-)

Online Data: The first game I really started playing online was Ghost Recon when it first came out in 2001. I played this almost constantly for 3 years, with the odd break for Raven Shield.

I met SniperBiker online while playing Raven Shield about 3 years ago and we have been great friends ever since. We also played alot of Ghost Recon and we joined UK-I4 together when Joint Operations was released. This steered me away from Ghost Recon - In hindsight I can see this was purely for the interactive features of the game like flying helicopters etc. It soon became apparent that JO was very 'arcadey' and difficult to engage in any proper tactics. With the best efforts of Theo and a few other dedicated programmers, the realism patch was released which did indeed improve the gameplay, and the Tactical Servers were also set up to try and distance ourselves from the usual Rambo style teenage gamplay. I have turned my efforts into Americas Army: Operations recently because the gameplay and realism are very pleasing, and like Mario this is a stop-gap until the release of the much anticipated Ghost Recon 2.

My position in the squad is Medic or other support role.

In summary, the small squad we have here are very dedicated, well disciplined players who are very good friends of mine and make my online experience much more enjoyable....cheers guys ;-)
